Through the power of The Emotional Culture Deck, we explored what it means to lead self, lead others, and lead teams—unlocking the role emotions play in shaping culture and leadership.
It was truly inspiring to see the team so engaged, valuing the importance of emotions in the workplace—not just for themselves, but for their teams and the children they support.
